Customers can return the product 30 days after the product has been delivered. Please contact customer service with your order number for return authorization. The product has to be unused and 100% of its original condition. Refund will be initiated 2-3 business days after receiving by SmithandFrank.

All returns, also orders that are returned to us due to delivery issues will be refunded to the card used on the order. The customer will receive a credit for the cost of the product, shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds processed to a credit card can take 1-3 business days or more to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's policies regarding refunds.

Cancelling an order :

If you need to change or cancel an order, you should contact customer service as soon as possible. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.
